I was honored to be the 2019 Keynote speaker at the Worksite Wellness Council of Louisville Conference and Award, which was my second year in a row being selected to perform this addresss. During my address I spoke on the topic of leadership in a presentation titled; "Finding Your Flow - Leadership Lessons Learned from Water".
